Cancellation policy

Once you have proceeded your house rental request, we ask for a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation.

Our cancellation policy is very easy:
  • Cancellation of your stay one month before your arrival: full refund
  • Cancellation of your stay two weeks before your arrival: 50% refund
  • Cancellation of your stay one week (or less) before your arrival: no refund
